From the Founder

I founded ABOUND because I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating a fast-paced corporate environment with undiagnosed neurodivergence. I see how often talented people are overlooked simply because workplaces weren't designed with neurodiversity and accessibility in mind. My mission is to change that. Leveraging my lived-experience, expertise in business psychology, HR, and coaching, I help organizations create environments where every individual can truly thrive.
